Recently, our school has held a number of special recruitment fairs for teachers. Employers include Qiqiharnehe Education Bureau, Daqing Zhaozhou County Education Bureau, Xinjiang Altay Education Bureau and Kuche County Education Bureau. More than 100 graduates of our school in 2020 participated in the job fair, and a total of 13 candidates were successfully applied, and a formal employment agreement was signed.
The survey found that the demand for teacher talents has remained high throughout the year, especially in Heilongjiang Province, where talent introduction programs have been launched. Taking Nehe City as an example, there will be 224 teacher positions in the 2020 recruitment plan. In addition to the greater demand for foreign teachers, the demand for physical education, music, art, computer, political, and physics teachers has also increased. In addition, the work of "bundling talents" has been started in Daqing. The city's public institutions plan to introduce 736 people, including 90 high school teachers in the city.
The staff of the Recruitment and Employment Division recommended that graduates of 2020 be actively preparing for employment, seize the opportunities of "grabbing people" and "introducing talent" in various places and take the initiative to achieve satisfactory employment.
